Do you know how to best answer common interviewing questions such as...

  • Tell me about yourself
  • What are your greatest strengths?
  • What are your greatest weaknesses? (This one is a trap!)
  • Tell me about something you did that you now feel a little ashamed of.
  • Why don’t you have degree?
  • Why should I hire you?
  • Where do you see yourself 5 years from now?
  • What would you do differently in your life?
  • Who has inspired you in life and why?
  • How do you feel about working nights and weekends?
  • What are your goals? (Be careful with this one!)
  • Give me an example of your creativity (analytical skill...leadership skills, etc.)
  • Are you willing to relocate or travel? (Even if you want to work remotely… don’t say no just yet!)
  • Aren't you underqualified for this job?
  • How much do you want paid? (Answering this question at the wrong time could mean you aren’t hired or don’t get compensated as highly as you deserve!)

If you can't answer a resounding YES to all of these, my digital book "42 Tough Questions" will help leave your interviewer drooling at the mouth.

They're not just canned templates that will make you sound like a robot.

They're designed so you can easily put them in your own words so you come off as authentic as possible.

Each question comes with common traps applicants usually fall victim to... what the interviewer is really looking for... how to best answer them so you knock each question out of the park...

All to help you earn the most amount of money!

Let me tell you a story:

I have a friend (who will remain nameless to protect the guilty) who started posting his resumes on online job boards. He went a few months without hearing anything back from anybody, so he was starting to get desperate. He was living in a one bedroom apartment, until he ran out of cash flow and had to move back into his parent's house.

Then, one day, a lady calls him out of the blue. She saw his resume and wanted to have an impromptu interview. The job was managing a training team and supervising a few people. From what he told me, he knocked most of the interview out of the park.

But he "lowballed" himself and ruined his chances...

Towards the end of the interview, his interviewer asked him what his salary expectations were. He was probably only a few questions away from being hired. But, he was desperate. He just wanted a damn job at this point. And so, just to be safe, he said his salary expectation was on the lower end of his spectrum.

The interviewer was a bit dumbfounded by his salary expectation. After pausing, she said "Well, hold on. Based off your salary expectations, I think (lower level job) would be a better fit for you. Let me pass your resume to the other recruiter who handles that role."

He never heard back from the other recruiter.

Moral of the story? Don't lowball yourself. And make sure you only answer salary questions at the "right" time (find out when the "right" time is and what to do if you're asked about your salary expectations at the wrong time on page 27)

And more including...

  • The “Jedi Mind Trick” secret about turning your worst qualities into reasons you get hired. (It’s a secret only the most competent of salesmen regularly use.)
  • How to use your natural jitters to your advantage during the interview. (Doing it right can actually give your interviewer a sense of relief too!)
  • The “Fatal Flaw” that you must avoid at all costs. (It doesn’t always show immediately, but if committed it’s grounds for termination if you were hired.)
  • Why researching the company you're applying for won't impress your interviewer. (And what to do instead to be sure you do impress him.)
  • An innocent mistake most applicants make that could ruin their chances of getting hired.
  • What to do before your interview, after your interview has been scheduled, to immediately make you one of the leading candidates. (I did this and got hired immediately after my 10-minute phone conversation “interview”.)
  • How to get the most "bang for your buck" when applying to companies.
  • The "Seemingly Innocent" question that starts 80% of interviews. (And how to best answer it so you avoid setting an awful first impression.)
  • Why disguising a strength as a weakness doesn't work anymore. (And what to do instead when you're asked about your greatest weaknesses.)
  • The worst mistake to make when talking about former jobs. (That, if committed, could be the reason you aren't offered the job.)
  • What to ask your interviewer before you answer one of the most important questions in the entire interview. (Failing to ask this question beforehand could mean you don’t get offered a job or aren’t compensated as highly as you might’ve been.)
  • The worst response to give when you're asked to solve a hypothetical question during your interview.
  • And...
